ReIDENTIFY

You didn't lose yourself.

You were taught to disappear.

And you're allowed to be furious about that.

ReIDENTIFY is a 12-week psychoeducation and identity reclamation program for women who've disappeared into roles.

You're functional.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

You meet your deadlines.

You show up for the people who need you.

You hold things together.

You've been holding things together for so long you're not sure you know how to stop.

But somewhere underneath the competence and the roles and the daily performance of having-it-together, there's a question you can't answer cleanly anymore.

Who are you actually?

Not who you are as a mother, a founder, a partner, a daughter, a carer. Not the roles. Not the things you're good at. Not the version of yourself you present to the rooms that need something from you.

The actual person underneath.

If you're honest - and you might be brutally honest at 2am - you're not sure you know anymore.

That's not a personal failing.

It's what happens when you spend years - sometimes decades - being systematically shaped toward what you're useful for rather than who you actually are. When your identity gets so fused with your roles that the roles stop being things you do and become everything you are.

It's what happens when you're rewarded for performing and never asked who's there when the performance stops.

It's what happens to women.

Specifically, deliberately, structurally.

And understanding that it wasn't random - that it was done to you by systems with a stake in your accommodation - is where the work begins.

You are allowed to be furious about this.

ReIDENTIFY is built for that fury.

And for what comes after it.

ReIDENTIFY is for women who have disappeared into roles and know, somewhere in their bones, that recovery isn't enough. That getting back to functional is not the same as getting back to themselves.

You might be a founder who built something real and found nothing left of yourself in the aftermath of it. The work became the identity and now the work is gone - or changed - and you're standing in the rubble of yourself wondering who you are when you're not producing.

You might be a mother who loves your children and has also, gradually, become only that. Who stopped finishing her own sentences. Who uses 'we' to mean something that used to be 'I'. Who was told that self-sacrifice was love and performed it so thoroughly that you ran out of self.

You might be leaving a relationship - or still inside one - where you spent years adapting yourself to another person's preferences, moods, and needs until you'd shaped yourself almost entirely around him/her. Now you're looking for the edges of yourself and not finding them.

You might be the good daughter. The peacekeeper. The one who learned early what the family system required of her and provided it so reliably that it became her whole identity. Now you're trying to deprogram without a map and without permission.

You might be neurodivergent - and masking so comprehensively, for so long, that you genuinely don't know where the mask ends and you begin. The exhaustion from performing an entire person is a specific kind of exhaustion. This work is for you too.

You might be the carer. The one who gave until empty and kept going. Who became invisible in her own life by degrees, and has now reached a point where she doesn't remember how to take up space.

What you share isn't circumstance. It's the experience of having built your entire sense of self on roles and adaptations - and found yourself, at some point, completely hollow underneath them.

Before you read what ReIDENTIFY is, here's what it isn't. This matters.

It is not therapy.

ReIDENTIFY is psychoeducation and facilitated exploration - structured psychological learning and self-examination in a group container. If what surfaces in this work needs clinical therapeutic support, I will say so directly and provide clear referral pathways. This is not a replacement for therapy and doesn't pretend to be. If you are in active crisis, please seek clinical support now.

It is not coaching.

There are no goals to set, no metrics to hit, no hustle dressed up in wellbeing language. Nothing to optimise. No output to be accountable for.

It is not gentle.

The container is structured and held carefully. It is not padded. This work will bring things up. It is supposed to.

It is not a transformation promise.

I'm not selling you a better, upgraded, more successful version of yourself. I am offering the structured, psychological work of stripping back the performance and finding out who was there in the first place.

It is not a quick fix.

Twelve weeks is the beginning of the work, not the end of it. Anyone who offers you a quick fix for decades of identity disappearance is selling something. This isn't that.

ReIDENTIFY is 12 weeks of structured psychological education and facilitated self-exploration in a small group cohort of women doing the same work at the same time.

Pre-recorded curriculum built on psychological research. Not borrowed loosely from self-help books, grounded in role theory, identity development psychology, trauma recovery fundamentals, and the research on masking, fawning, and social conditioning. Frameworks you can actually use, not inspiration you forget by Tuesday.

Weekly live group calls for 12 weeks. The cohort model is deliberate. Doing this work alongside women who recognise what you're describing from their own insides does something that working alone cannot. It names that this is real. It breaks the specific isolation of performing yourself so successfully that no one sees what's underneath.

Lifetime access to all materials. The ability to return to future cohort calls indefinitely. Because this work doesn't end at week 12. Because life brings new iterations of the same questions. Because you should be able to come back.

Clear therapy referral pathways. Built in, not bolted on. Because I take the ethics of working with women on identity and trauma seriously. If clinical support is what you need, I will tell you, and I will point you toward it.

The Framework

Shadow work: finding the parts of yourself you were taught weren't acceptable. Not to unleash them unexamined. To know yourself in full.

Inner child healing: the kind that acknowledges the anger, not just the grief. The feral child who knew something was wrong before she learned to pretend she didn't. Not letters and gentle visualisations. The real reckoning.

Trauma recovery fundamentals: understanding what happened to your nervous system and your sense of self, in language you can actually use.

Deprogramming: from patriarchy and hustle culture naming the systems that shaped you, not just soothing the symptoms they created.

Identity reconstruction: not rebuilding the old performance. Finding out what's actually there and choosing, deliberately and with eyes open, who you are from here.

The Brutal Honesty Part

This work is hard. It will bring things up. You will encounter parts of yourself that have been buried for reasons - parts that are angry, or grieving, or simply unfamiliar. That is the point.

The container is held carefully. You will not be left alone with what surfaces. The group and the structure exist precisely to hold the difficult parts.

But I'm not going to promise you that this is comfortable. I'm not going to tell you it's a journey to your best self or that by week 12 you'll feel whole. I don't know your particular history and I can't make those promises.

What I can tell you is that understanding what happened to your identity - really understanding it, with the psychological framework to see the system and not just the wound - changes something.

And that doing that work alongside women who are doing the same work changes something further.

This is the real thing. Not a version of it that's been softened to be more palatable. Come to it with that understanding.

Applications

ReIDENTIFY runs twice a year as a cohort-based program. Places are limited by design, the group container only works at a scale where it can actually function as a container.
